01 General Terms & Conditions

Bdok2 (referred to herein as the "Platform" or "we") is a trusted online gaming service in Bangladesh, operating under the bdok2.win domain. This platform is intended solely for users of legal age. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and bdok2.

02 Account Register

To register on bdok2, you must provide accurate and complete information. Only one account per person is permitted. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all accounts being closed and funds may be forfeited.

The details provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address — must match your valid government-issued ID. Use a strong password to keep your account secure, and never share your login credentials with anyone.

• A maximum of one account per person is permitted.
• Providing false information at registration is strictly prohibited.
• The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorized access must be reported to bdok2 immediately.

03 Age Verification

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the bdok2 platform. Access is strictly prohibited for minors. Users are required to confirm they are 18 or above at the time of registration.

Before your first withdrawal, or at any time upon request by bdok2, you may be required to submit a government-issued ID (NID, passport, or driving licence) for age verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on bdok2 are simple and fast. We support all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited instantly. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals. This process verifies your identity, proof of address, and ownership of the payment method used. bdok2 reserves the right to hold withdrawals or request additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If fraud is detected, the withdrawal may be permanently cancelled.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A wagering requirement (typically 15x to 30x) must be met before any withdrawal. If the rollover is not completed within the specified time after the bonus is claimed, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

• Each bonus is eligible for use once only and cannot be claimed across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus terms is strictly prohibited.

• bdok2 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program.
• In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of bdok2 is final.

06 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on bdok2. Violations of these Terms and Conditions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Exploiting or manipulating the bonus system.
• Using stolen payment details or a third party's card.
• Use of hacking tools, malware, or automated bots on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Fraud or harassment of other users.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.

07 Responsible Gaming
